Third kit completed. Wooden decks made from bass wood. All other parts of
the ship were made from a single piece of cherry wood from Memphis, Tennessee.

First kit. A gift from the Robbins Company on his retirement. Most elaborate
of all the kits. Many brass pieces. Won numerous awards.

There are 1,700 pieces of hull plating. This ship was very satisfying because
Tom is a Navy veteran. Tom served in the Korean War. First Place, 2000 California
State Fair.
